How to export — step by step
Step 1: Copy the page reviews URL
Open the page’s Reviews tab and copy the URL (e.g. facebook.com/<page>/reviews).
Step 2: Paste it on ExportComments
Paste the URL on ExportComments.com. Public page reviews need no login.
Step 3: Start the export
Click Start Export Process and let the job run.
Step 4: Download your file
Grab the results as Excel, CSV or JSON.

Facebook replaced 1–5 stars with Recommendations; the export captures whichever the page uses.
