ChatGPT

Open Settings, then Connectors. Custom connectors live under the advanced or developer settings on some plans.
Choose to add a custom connector and paste the connector URL above.
Confirm, then sign in with your ExportComments account when the authorization window opens.
Start a chat and ask for an export. ChatGPT will show you which tool it is calling.

Claude

Open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
Paste the connector URL and confirm.
Sign in with your ExportComments account to authorize it.

Cursor, Claude Code and other clients

Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol over HTTP can use the same URL. Authorization is discovered automatically, so there is nothing else to configure.

Prefer a local server?

Run it on your own machine with an API token instead of OAuth. Premium and Business accounts can create a token in the dashboard.

The connector reads only your own exports, and only when you ask. Analysis runs inside your own ChatGPT or Claude session, not on our servers. Disconnect the connector at any time to revoke its access.

Questions

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Any ExportComments account can connect and run exports. Free and Personal accounts read results as CSV; Premium and Business accounts also get JSON and the developer API.

Does it cost me anything extra to analyze comments?

Not on our side. The analysis happens in your own ChatGPT or Claude session, so it counts against your subscription there, not ours.

How do I disconnect it?

Remove the connector in your client's settings. That revokes its access to your account immediately.

Which platforms are supported?

The same catalog as the website. Ask the assistant to list platforms and it will return all of them with their options and example URLs.
